1. Services
HTX Pressure Co provides professional exterior cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and holiday lighting installation services for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Houston area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to the following SMS/Text Messaging terms.
SMS Program Description
This is a brief description of the types of messages users can expect upon opting in.
Htx Pressure Co offers an SMS/Text messaging program to communicate with our customers. Users who opt-in may receive:
- Promotions and special offers
- Discounts on our exterior cleaning services
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Service notifications (e.g., technician on the way, job completion)
- Marketing updates and seasonal service announcements
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opt-In Methods
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from Htx Pressure Co through the following methods:
- Web Form: Users can opt-in by checking two optional, unchecked checkboxes located directly below the phone number field on our Quote Request and Join Community forms. The first checkbox is for non-marketing/transactional consent, and the second checkbox is for marketing/promotional consent. Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are provided directly below the checkboxes.
- Verbal / Over the Phone: When a customer calls our business line, our representative will ask if they would like to receive text messages for appointment reminders, updates, and promotions. If the customer explicitly says "Yes," the representative will document the verbal consent in our secure CRM system.
- In-Person: Customers may provide verbal consent or sign a physical estimate/invoice document that includes an explicit SMS opt-in checkbox and disclosure statement.
