• Verbal / Over the Phone: When a customer calls our business line, our representative will ask if they would like to receive text messages for appointment reminders, updates, and promotions. If the customer explicitly says "Yes," the representative will document the verbal consent in our secure CRM system.
• In-Person: Customers may provide verbal consent or sign a physical estimate/invoice document that includes an explicit SMS opt-in checkbox and disclosure statement.
